These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by Investor Discover(collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Investor Discovermay update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
Investor Discoverprovides tools to search, filter, and organize information about investors and related entities (“Investor Data”). Features may include directory access, saved lists, exports, publication content, and integrations we make available from time to time. The Service is offered on a subscription or trial basis as described at checkout and in your plan.
We improve the Service continuously. We may add, change, or remove features; impose usage or rate limits; or perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption for paying subscribers.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@investordiscover.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans, trials, and pricing are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.
Taxes may apply based on your location. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
5. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and your plan, Investor Discover grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute Investor Data except as expressly permitted in writing or by in-product export features aligned with your tier.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach these rules or harm other users or the Service.
